Although it may seem as though the rider is not engaging in any physical exercise or immense work out, an hour’s activity can burn similar calories to that of a 30-minute jog or cycle ride , even swimming. Therefore, all the health benefits associated with engaging in regular cardiovascular exercise are gained. After your first ride you may feel muscles that you never knew you had. This is due to the movement of the horse and its affect on the rider during the ride. As the rider reacts to the horse’s movements to avoid becoming off balance, the deep postural muscles of the trunk and pelvis and the adductor muscles of the thighs are continuously being conditioned. Helps enhance your body posture making you look younger and feel much healthier

The course entails learning various beginner levels or horsemanship viz., Introduction to the horse, mounting and dismounting with instructors help, Posture, controlling the movement of the horse, walking the horse, trotting, repetition of lessons, mounting and dismounting independently, walking & trotting with greater ease.

Module I : Ab Initio level to Semi Advance Level

Module II : Semi Advance level to Advance Level

Module III : Advance level to Dressage, Show Jumping , Polo, Tent Pegging, Archery on Horse back etc..

Cross Country

HHRS has its unique Cross Country Trips which are schedule every Weekends or upon request in groups. Cross Country Trips are one of its kind which helps the rider to gain vast experience in controlling the equine and develop balance, and enhances Riding Skills during Riding in trails, off Roads, Climbing up Hills, Down Hills, canter and galloping on uneven surfaces. It’s an experience by itself which cannot be described in words.

Fast Track Programmes

HHRS comes up with Fast Track Programmes from time to time specially designed to Cater Schools and Educational Institutes or Corporate Companies who wish to provide Horse Riding Skill as a short term curriculum for their People.


All the Successful Riders will be awarded Certificates for the Levels they have Achieved. This Certification will be stirctly on the basis of Riders final assessment on completion.
